Lamicoid Labels Contribute to Industry Safety

Whether placed on light fixtures or electrical outlets, lamicoids transmit essential information to workers. The importance of a well-marked workplace is essential in the industrial sector. Improper labelling or lack of labelling can be hazardous to employees and result in significant injury or substantial damage. Properly placed lamicoids can reduce this danger by imparting important structural, mechanical, and electrical information. Such labels are mainly used in the industrial sector, especially in construction, aerospace, naval, mining, civil engineering and the military field. They can be used as nameplates for electrical panels, for identifying equipment and for control devices such as emergency stops and push buttons. Lamicoid labels can also be personalized (customized) by engraving a company name or logo on the surface. Although essential for conveying standardized information and safety messages, lamicoids can have different styles and designs. The colour, font, and shape can all be changed, and the size of the lamicoids themselves can vary widely, from two square inches to any desired size (max 30 X 24 Inches).

Laser Engraving - CNC Machining - Badge - Lettering - Stamping

There are different ways of identifying parts and machines. The most common are laser engraving, CNC machining,  badge, lettering and stamping. Laser engraving is a process where a laser is used to remove material from a workpiece to create a desired image or pattern. Laser engraving is a very precise process and can be used to create very intricate designs. CNC machining is a process where computer numerical control machines are used to remove material from a workpiece to create a desired shape. CNC machines are programmed using a computer software which converts the design into a set of instructions that the machine can follow. This is an older technology which is less precise and that gives a rough finish. That is why we recommend the Laser engraving / marking. Badge is a method of identification that uses a small metal or plastic plate with a design or logo that is worn on clothing. Badges are often used to indicate membership in a group or organization. Stamping is a process where a die is used to strike a design onto a workpiece, it is only for a large quantity of the same item, otherwise, you will not like the price! Operators must be able to identify the various parts of the stamping machine, as well as the function of each component. In addition, it is important to be familiar with the types of materials that can be stamped, as well as the limitations of the stamping process. The stamping process can be used to create a wide variety of designs, including embossed logos, raised letters, and even three-dimensional shapes. In order to create these designs, a variety of dyes can be used, including male and female dyes, as well as cutting, grinding, and embossing dyes. In order to create a design, the operator first selects the appropriate die. The workpiece is then placed on the bed of the stamping machine, and the die is brought down onto the workpiece with a high level of force. This force is generated by a variety of means, including hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical actuation. Once the die has been brought down onto the workpiece, it is then possible to remove the workpiece and inspect the design. If the design is not up to par, it may be necessary to adjust the die or the machine itself. In some cases, it may also be necessary to select a different type of workpiece material.
